Room for rent in lovely Clifton Flat

Hello, we have an available room coming up in our 3-bed ground floor flat here in Clifton starting the 2nd May. It’s well placed in close walking distance to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down, while also a short walk from Clifton Village.

The room itself is a double and will come unfurnished, although there is possibility that the current bed and frame will be available if you want. The rest of the flat is furnished currently and minimal items will be needed, but you will be welcome to add if you have things to bring. It is open plan living with the kitchen and living room space all in one, facing out to the street with one shared bathroom and a separate laundry room.

You will be sharing with myself (27) and Alys (29), we both work 9-5 jobs in the environmental sector and will be looking for someone with similar working hours. We both get along really well and enjoying hanging out, whilst keeping ourselves busy with our own interests and would value someone who matches this vibe.

Myself (Wes) - I work as an environmental consultant in the city most days during the week, but am generally around in the evenings and in and out on the weekends usually on hikes/rides when i can. I’m big into my food and generally enjoy getting outdoors in my spare time, but also enjoy the hitting up the pub and watching the Football.

Alys is originally from Wales having relocated to Bristol last year, she works mostly from home with at least one day a week in the office. In her spare time she’s a keen cinema goer, sports watcher and enjoys a trip to the pub 😌

Nitty gritty details are that the bills are not included, and roughly come to £150-170 per month. References will also be required!
