This is a modern 4 storey house in Clifton near Whiteladies Rd with all mod cons. It is close to the university, The Downs, buses and train station.

I am looking for a quiet, mature, and considerate person to share my home. Ideally, you would be a graduate, post-graduate, writer or professional, or a mature individual who values a calm and peaceful living environment.

The ideal housemate would be tidy, clean, and respectful, and preferably vegetarian or non-meat-eating, as this is a shared household.

The bedroom is spacious and comes with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional study or sitting room available for your use.

The kitchen is shared and also serves as my sitting room, so its use would be mutually agreed and suited to a quiet, harmonious person.

This would suit someone looking for a peaceful, respectful home rather than a busy social house.
