Looking for a new flatmate in Clifton 🏡

My current flatmate is moving out to buy a house with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in our lovely top-floor flat in Clifton. It’s an amazing location - about a 5‑minute walk to Clifton Village, right by the Victoria Square bus stop, and around 10 minutes walk to Queens Road. The flat has a rooftop balcony, a cosy spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The photos online are old agency ones from before my roommate moved in back in 2019, it’s a lot more homey now.

A bit about me: I work at a law firm and usually work from home a couple of days a week. I’m relaxed, extroverted, tidy, and I’d love to share the flat with someone who wants to be friends too. Ideally you’re sociable and easygoing, up for hanging out, but also appreciate having your own space.

The flat is managed through a letting agent, so you’ll need a permanent job (passed probation) or a UK guarantor. Ideally I’m looking for someone with a secure job and responsible with bills.

I’m also happy to consider pets, depending on what you have and agency approval.
