Double Room Available, Top of Whiteladies Road

Hello all,

I have a double room available to rent from 1st June in a great house at the top of Whiteladies Road, right next to the Downs.

My flatmate Bruno will also be leaving his smaller but slightly cheaper room in May, so feel free to have a look at both options; just search for ad ref# 18226300.

It's a good sized room (space for a double bed and large desk for WFH). It comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe/clothes hanger, large wooden chest of drawers, and small white shelves.

The house has two bathrooms, a large living room, and a good sized kitchen. Also space downstairs for indoor bike storage.

Staying in the property are my two housemates, Rebecca who works for the Green Party, and Isaac who works at the University of Bristol. They're both lovely, welcoming people, and we keep the house reasonably clean and tidy, so someone with a similar vibe would be great.

The property is Council Tax Band D, and the rent includes the water bill, but not energy or internet.
