Room available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat located in heart of Clifton for £780 + plus bills (bills come to around £150).
Super close to Clifton down, Whiteladies Road, and Clifton Village.

We’re looking for a female young professional aged between 24-29 to replace our lovely housemate who is moving to London for a job.

We haven’t quite decided if we’ll switch rooms so currently showing two rooms and we can always discuss which room would be better for you during viewings.

Maddie a project manager at the Civil Service, and Lili a PA working in government who are both lovely girls in their 20s.

We’re a super sociable house and love spending time together. Looking for someone that would be a friend not just a housemate! We’ve got a lovely set of friends here and are always looking to expand our circle.
We love a chill movie night in with a gin (we’re always watching something like Big Little Lies or Made in Chelsea) but equally love a pub, night out, or festival, as well as dinners in the house or out, walks, and day trips! The vibe is sociable but also we all love our chill down time.

Lili loves art and skiing ⛷️ and Maddie loves water sports and a good festival 🌊
