Living with 3 young men all who work graduate schemes and are very friendly, I have been the only girl living with them and they made me feel very much at home. They didn’t know each other before we all moved in, in September. Sociable house, we would go to the pub together and even some nights out, however is mostly quiet and chill atmosphere inside, especially during the week since we all work.

This room is the only room in the flat with an ensuite, so no need to share the bathroom. The street outside is one-way and therefore pretty quiet so no loud traffic, also you’re able to get parking permits for the road outside.

The property is band B for council tax which is about £44 each a month, it will be your responsibility to organise the council tax payments, as it has been mine, with each flat member in charge of organising one utility.
