We’re a diverse bunch…

Ollie is 26 and works in the emergency service. He is a big active person who loves climbing, gym and anything outdoors, and loves gaming.

Emily is 26, works in Animal care and loves all things animals and nature. She also likes reading, painting, birdwatching and a good pub.

Meg is an active person, she enjoys running and going to the gym. She spends lots of time in nature exploring beautiful places in and outside of Bristol. She also loves fashion, makeup and wine.

We are all happy doing our own thing in the flat but also enjoy a friendly chat, drink, or shit movie/tv show with one another.

We’re looking for a young professional aged 26-34 who wants to become the fourth member of our team and make the flat their home.

The flat has a washing machine/ dryer and dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet, a large living room and a lovely community garden.

The room itself is the second largest bedroom in the house. It’s at the front of property so gets the light during the morning and comes furnished - with a bed mattress, shelves and a wardrobe.

Monthly costs for the room are about £580 as the rent is £450 and the bills fluctuate slightly throughout the year. We're a 5 minute walk to the triangle and bunch of great pubs, bars, shops, and cafes. Clifton Village is a 10 minute walk. And, we have easy access to the M5 and M4.
