Room in flat to rent near Whiteladies Road

Looking for a new housemate to move into my two-bedroom flat from 28 July 2026.

My current housemate (and amazing friend) is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easy to live with.

Rent: £775 per month per person
Bills: vary but are around £155 per person per month (we usually overpay a little through summer so there aren’t big increases over winter)

A parking permit is available if needed, but it isn’t included in the price.

The flat: two bedrooms, one bathroom, on the second floor.

The flat is rented through an agent so the new tenant would need to be added to the tenancy agreement and my contract adjusted accordingly. Reference and credit checks will be required, along with a deposit payable to the letting agent.

The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, so all of the shared furniture belongs to me. The bedroom will be unfurnished, so you’d need to bring your own bedroom furniture, although it does have a built-in wardrobe and an airing cupboard.

A bit about me: I’m 30 and work shifts, so I’m ideally looking for someone of a similar age who doesn’t work from home. Outside of work, I enjoy running, yoga, reading and dancing. I love cooking and would be happy to share the odd meal together and the occasional glass of wine.
