I am working in Bristol but in the next year or so, I will spend a considerable amount of time abroad. Therefore I am letting my master bedroom and will return occasionally to stay in the second bedroom. I like my apartment a lot and therefore I am looking for someone considered to look after it.

The apartment is in the iconic "Old Library" conveniently located close to all the local amenities, train station and the city center. It is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher and a high standard kitchen and bathroom. The monthly rent includes electricity, water, gas, service charge, council tax, high speed fiber internet and a clean every fortnight.
