I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in the flat that I have been living in for a year now.
This flat is an absolute gem. Cotham is a lovely, quiet, residential area- and walking distance to absolutely everything. 5 mins to G Road, 10 mins to Cabot, and 15 mins to Whiteladies. There are also really good bus routes to UWE.
Rent is £575/month (however it is paid quarterly)
Bills are £45/ month for heating, electric, and wifi.
Water is billed annually. Last year it was about £85 each.
I am looking for someone clean and respectful. Students only, preferably third year or mature. I am a student nurse so I work full time and have a really busy schedule.
I love doing anything outdoors! Yoga, cycling, walking and running are some of my favorite past times :) Equally, I love a good night out- or a good night in with a book or a film!!
