Looking for a somebody in need of a short term rental for February - to share a second floor flat in Cotham. Great location 5 mins walk from Gloucester Road so close to shops, bars and restaurants, and 10 mins walk to the centre.
The flat is double glazed, with a kitchen-diner and a lounge and two double bedrooms. The bedroom to rent is fully furnished, bright and gets the sun in the morning.
Off road parking is not available and the flat is in a car permit zone, so you would need to source a permit from the council.
I work in a post-16 college Mon to Fri, and am looking for a self sufficient, clean, tidy, respectful short term flatmate, who would enjoy the location and help to look after place. Please no smokers, plant lovers welcome.
