I have a room available from July 1st 2026 for a year (extending for longer after possible) in a two bed flat with myself.
Landlord hasnt confirmed the rent, right now it is £750 but he will 100% increase, so I'm expecting between £800-850 ,bills are roughly £60 per month.
Location is on Cotham Road a short walk from UoB campus, or the 72 bus departs from directly outside to go to UWE.
I am a 27 year old currently not in work but was previously a psychology student. I am looking for someone who prefers to have their home quiet and chill nights in!
Room has a double bed, double wardrobe, large desk and chair, and some other storage.
Pictures are from last year but room mostly remains the same.
