It’s a big space with a living room, large kitchen, conservatory, garden that gets lots of sun, spare bedroom plus shared additional storage in communal spaces.
As Hannah is off to move in with her partner…we are Lois (26), Jake (30) and Kieran (30) and keen for a new 4th addition. We have a mix hybrid working and a nurse that does shift working. We all love a pub trip, the occasional night out or summer festival.
It’s the best location - 2 mins walk to Redland train station, 5 min walk to local Sainsbury’s and the pubs on the Arches - Gloucester Road.
Bills come to approx £105 per month and convenient, easy parking. It will be a 6 month then monthly rolling contract.
