Monday to Friday large room in fabulous area

We are looking for a lovely person to rent our spare bedroom Monday to Friday. The bedroom has a large chest of drawers free for you to use, and leave your things in on weekends, should you wish.
The room next to your bedroom is a bathroom that will mostly always be for your use. The children may use it for the odd wee, but the shower and bath are solely for your use.
The bed is a huge super king, with White Company linen.
The property is situated between Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill close to all of the lovely coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Sainsbury’s and M&S food are a couple of minutes walk, if that.
In the house lives mum (me), dad and two children. The kids sleep two floors away from the spare room you’d be in, with parents sleeping on the floor in between.
The spare room will occasionally be used for our friends to stay in at weekends, usually about every two months. The lodger can request to stay for the odd weekend, perhaps with a partner or friend for an agreed small extra fee.
This room is suitable for someone who works locally but has a home elsewhere. It is perfectly handy for the university and the BRI.
We are looking ideally for a female, who is easy going.
