The house is shared with 5 UoB students, all girls in their second year. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and easy to live with, and the house has a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

All bills are included in the rent (except for broadband, which is very cheap).

The landlord is excellent – very communicative, helpful, and quick to fix any issues, which makes living here a lot easier and more comfortable.

The house has great shared spaces, including:
• A large modern kitchen with a dishwasher
• A modern living room
• A utility room with a washer and dryer
• Bike storage
• Two bathrooms shared between six, so you would be sharing with only two others

The location is ideal for UoB students — it’s around a 15-minute walk to campus, and there’s a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the house that takes you straight to the university. Gloucester Road is also very close, with plenty of shops, cafes, and transport links.
