Double room in Cotham

Hi, I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to move into the spare room in my new flat.

I’m ideally looking for a working professional who’s tidy, respectful and easy going.

I’m 26 and have recently moved to Bristol to start my PGCE. I’m out most weekdays for my placement but around most weekends and during long school holidays. I’m open to short or longer-term stays, but short term or around six months (with the option to extend) would be ideal.

The flat is on a quiet street, well located near Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road, and about a 25-minute walk into the city centre. The room is a good size double room partly furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and blinds (not pictured).
The flat is fully furnished and has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is on the smaller side but has everything you need, including a coffee machine, microwave dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also WiFi and a TV with Netflix etc.

I’m hoping to live with someone friendly and sociable, happy to grab a coffee or a drink occasionally but who also values their own space. As I’ve recently moved to Bristol, it would be lovely to find someone I get on well with, but also very respectful of each other’s own space.

Parking will require a permit but always lots of spaces on the street, so let me know if you need any more information.
Move-in date is flexible, ideally as soon as possible, but I’m not in a rush.
