This large spacious flat has a nice view and is in a smart part of town near the theatre, hospitals and all amenities. Popular with graduates and other mature people who need a central location in a quiet area. There is on road parking for residents.
It has one bedroom, large hallway with space for a second bed, huge kitchen through living room, with washing machine and dryer. There is a good sized bathroom with bath with shower attachment. The furnishings in the flat are mostly new and in good order.
As we are on the university campus we attract lecturers. The landlord lives above so can be called if needed. We have a double and single bed available for use.
The house has central heating and a gas cooker. All bills and council tax must be paid by the tenant.
