This room has 3 large sash windows with triple glazing which make it super quiet.

The room is absolutely huge with an original victorian fireplace.

It is a 1 minute walk from Stokes Croft, less than a 10 minute walk into the city centre making it the perfect location.

There will be a maximum of 3 people living in the house, including myself. I will be there some of the time but not all of the time as i travel a lot for work.

A little bit about me;

I am a full time musician and business owner. I like festivals, yoga, travel, sport, art, reading, history, humanities.

I am looking for someone that is nice, respectful, kind, considerate, clean and friendly.

Ideally i am looking for someone who works regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

Ideally i am looking fro someone who doesn't working from home most of the time.

I am a big dog and cat lover so would be open to someone who owns a friendly pet.
