A spacious flat with off-street parking on a quiet street with a garden at the back, this is within easy walking distance of Bristol University, the BRI, the BBC, the Hippodrome and the Old Vic.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and table/desk; towels and bedding are provided. There is a bathroom shared with one other person, and a large kitchen, living areas and garden.
There is off-street parking, use of the kitchen and basic cooking ingredients, and a washing machine available with prior agreement.
I'm a pretty tolerant journalist and wine geek without a fixed routine but am often away for one or two nights each week. The flat is shared with one other woman.
The room would suit a professional person not WFH who is looking for a very well-located and comfortable home. Although I am ideally looking for a Monday-Friday lodger as my weekends are precious to me, full time availability might be possible for the right person.
