Hi, welcome to my home. The double room on offer is a furnished quiet space overlooking the large garden. It's furnished with blinds, large wardrobe, fitted desk and office chair, comfy double bed and a TV wall bracket. There is a family bathroom next to the room that would mostly be for yourself as I have an ensuite. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage, 2 sinks, fridge, freezer, range cooker airfryer and fitted table. The property has two lounges one with TV the other is a relaxing quiet space overlooking the garden. There is a large drive for Off street Parking and all bills are included in the price shown. Date of availability is end of June. The home is not set up for couples, students, or regular homeworking. Council tax D but all bills are included in the price. Happy to consider short term let or a Monday to Friday let for a reduced rate.
