The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs wc. There is a sunny garden to enjoy in warmer weather and you would have full use of the kitchen diner. There is a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Cleaners come in once a fortnight.
You would be sharing the house with me, I am a college lecturer, my son who is a police officer, as well as our elderly Rag Doll cat. There is a garage where you could store a bike and there is on road parking outside the house if you have a car.

We are situated within easy access of the A471 ring road and the m3 bus that can get you into Bristol City Centre in less than half an hour. Walking distance to Sainsbury's, Lidl, Boots retail park.
