I have a double room to rent in a share flat in North Bristol, close to the M4. The room has a tv, chest of draws and bed side table. £150 a week, so price would be pro-rated depending on stay. Bills included.
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath.
I am a live in landlord, so ideally Monday to Friday, or for all week, but both for short stays, due to regularly having family visit. Ideal for people as a stop gap or staying in the city for a short time period.
There is free on street parking outside the flat, and a place to store a bike. It is close to the Bristol to Bath bike track and also some green space.
My work is based onsite, so I am away from the flat during the day.
I am low key, enjoy chilled evenings cooking, listening to music, reading, socialising or watching tv. LGBTQIA+ friendly. I hope to find someone who is similar.
