Double room available now

Hello :)

We are a couple looking for someone to move into the other room for 3 months: 4th July - end of September (exact date TBC soon)

The room is part-furnished - the double bed, chest of drawers and bedside drawers can be provided. We will share use of the upstairs bathroom (there’s a downstairs toilet too)

Couples considered

Rent doesn’t include bills (water, wifi, council tax, gas & electric) - usually comes to about £100-120

We’re a laidback couple, both working Mon-Fri out of the house (Miles works on Saturday mornings too). We like the house to be chill and a relaxing space on weekdays. On the weekends we usually go to the pub or a music event, go on walks or have a lazy sofa day :)

We are looking for someone who wants similar things, and is also clean and tidy (as we are:))
