Double room available in The Chocolate Factory

Good sized double room is becoming available in my gorgeous Chocolate Factory apartment in the heart of Greenbank / Easton, from mid-April.

My current housemate Mel is moving on after 3 lovely years, and I’m now looking for someone new to share the space with me. The flat is just over 3 years old, still feels fresh and modern, and has a great open-plan kitchen/living area that’s perfect for relaxed evenings at home.

You’ll be sharing with me, I’m in my late 30s, work in the charity sector, and mostly work from home. When I’m not at yoga or a dance class, I love binge-watching a good series, cooking and generally putting the world to rights. It’s very much a chilled, homely, respectful vibe, this is a home rather than just a place to stay.

The flat is on the ground floor and includes:

- Open-plan kitchen / lounge
- Good sized double bedroom
- Modern bathroom
- Bike storage
- Allocated parking
- Bills included

I’m open to short-term lets as well as something a bit longer, and I’m ideally looking for a relaxed, clean professional, late 30s–40s, who enjoys sharing the space, the odd meal together and some quality (or trashy) TV, while also being independent and respectful.
