My name is Maz, and unfortunately I’m moving back to my home town and need someone to sublet my room until the tenancy ends in August. It’s a beautiful house in Easton, right outside Greenbank cemetery (don’t be put off by this as it’s a beautiful cemetery and we always take walks through it in the morning). It has a double door balcony, as well as a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and clothes draw. All of my stuff will be removed from the room before anyone moves in :))
This is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
The rent is £550 pm, including bills.
Preferably looking for someone under the age of 25, either boy or girl. There are 3 other people living in this property- 2 girls and 1 boy all aged 21. They are all art and music students, and are extremely tidy and respectful.
