Room in houseshare in Easton available as soon as

Hi!

We have a room available on Chelsea Road in Easton for £440 a month. Room is technically a single but able to fit a small double in there with room enough for a desk and other bits and pieces. Bed available if necessary but otherwise unfurnished. There's a shared living room downstairs which you're obv free to use whenever you feel, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.

We're on the bottom end of Chelsea Road, The Chelsea Pub is just two seconds up the road, St. Marks is a couple mins walk and there are good links to town--Stapleton Road train station is a couple mins walk up the road and buses to the centre go often from nearby. Pretty calm area of Easton generally, have lived here for four years with no trouble.

There are three of us here currently: myself (Tom), Nick, and Toby. All between 26-31 so anyone in that range will do fine but no hard restrictions either way. Pretty laidback house generally, no big random parties and we try to keep the place clean. Bills work out around 100-ish but fluctuates depending on how the energy companies are feeling on any given month.

Deposit would be a month's rent which you would sort with the landlord. Room is available as soon as and we'd love to have you!
