Light loft room in Easton

Hello!

One loft room available in our family home which is located just a short five minute walk away from St Marks Road and Stapleton Road (plenty of independent cafes, shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants). We're a few minutes cycle away from the Bristol-Bath cycle path which is hugely convenient for bike rides/commutes into city centre. There are a number of lovely green spaces/parks within a 0.5/1 mile radius too. Stapleton Road train station is a five minute walk away which has direct trains to Temple Meads in one direction and Montpelier and Clifton Down in the other. City Centre/Cabot Circus is a 30 minute walk away.

The room itself is a lovely light loft room with three veluxe windows. The room comes partly furnished with a double bed and mattress. The lodger would have nearly sole use of the main upstairs bathroom as we have our own ensuite. The lodger would also be on a separate floor with their own staircase/door which helps protect the feeling of having your own space.

We also have a small courtyard patio garden which is perfect for summer BBQs. Open plan lounge/dining room with a shared TV (inc. most subscriptions and TV license e. g. Netlifx, Prime, Disney+, BBC iPlayer).

A bit about us. We're a couple and have a 2.5 year old little boy. I'm a teacher and my husband works in music. We're a pretty sociable house. We're up for hanging out, whether that be us all cooking a meal together or going out for a drink. Of course we respect personal space and downtime. The street we're on is also great, all the neighbours are lush and very friendly!
