Looking for a new tenant to join us in a house share in Easton, Bristol.

The room is a double sized bedroom, the room can be completely empty or the current tenant who is leaving does have a chest of draws and double bed frame that they are willing to part ways with. Do let me know if this is something you would like.

W have a shared kitchen / living space with plenty of cupboard space and amenities. Gas oven with washing machine. Large share bathroom, with bathtub. Also large garden at the rear with bike shed.

Free on-street parking and a stones throw from Lawrence Hill train station, plenty of bus links. Short walk 15-20 mins into the centre of Bristol (Cabot Circus).

Also Lidl and Aldi and other supermarkets in very close proximity, very close to netham park.

Bills on top are: Gas/Electric, council tax, water and WiFi (total approximate £100- £150 depending on the time of year).

This is a minimum of 12 months initial signing contract.

Will require a working professional as will be vetted by landlord, proof of work and reference will be required.
