We are looking for a lodger in our lovely house in Greenbank for 6 months initially. Fantastic location and immediate community with a café and Bristol/Bath cycle path 20m from doorstep.

Whole of the 3rd floor in a loft conversion. Newly decorated south facing space comprising 3rooms : bedroom, another room (could be office/ personal sitting room/creative space etc) and a bathroom with shower. Entirely private space for the lodger.
Fully furnished with inbuilt wardrobe

Share kitchen and sunny garden.

It is a fun and happy family home with me (mum) and my son 17yrs.

Ideally looking for man 28-50yr or woman 30-40yr

Would suit a sociable, independent person who is happy to share moments or food etc in shared spaces

Has an interest in community ready to invest in it

Has a hobby or passion to share

Tidy as you go mentality

Flexible - our routines are not rigid, more spontaneous

My son spends half his time here, is studying music technology, is sociable and funny, loves a chat and he has friends over sometimes.
I m an outgoing postie and self employed tradesperson of positive disposition with a rich social life.
