Sunny Greenbank home looking for temporary person!

Large bright double room (3.5 x 4.5m) in Greenbank Easton available for sublet. Available from Christmas/NY to at least mid March, possibly longer.

£620 inc bills.

This is a standard 2 up 2 down Victorian Easton Terrace. You'd be sharing with one other permanent housemate as well as the possibility of my partner using the downstairs spare room from time to time.

The permanent housemate is a late 30s graphic designer and musician (but quiet in the house don't worry) and my partner (35) is an artist and performer.

The house is a good size, with a decent lounge/diner and an excellent garden. There is secure storage for a bike.

The room is furnished (bed, desk, shelves, chest of draws, walk in cupboard) and may have some of my things stored, but there really is plenty of room so you won't have trouble getting your stuff in or feeling cramped.

The vibe of the house is fairly communal and social, but definitely not a party house.
