Large room available in Easton house. The room is at the front of the house and gets good light in summer. It's currently furnished with a comfy futon bed, rails for hanging clothes, a large cupboard, bedside table, curtains and chair.

The house is in Easton, close to St Marks Road and Stapleton Road, so very accessible to most places by car/bike/walking/bus/train. On street parking is free if needed. It's close to plenty of local shops and places to eat as well as pubs and not far from the cycle path/town.

You'd be living with me and my cat. He's mainly cute, fun and sleepy but can be needy and mischievous so it's best if you're a cat fan already. I'm 40, a teacher, LGBT+ and enjoy exercise, pub quizzes, weekend pints, board/card games and travelling. I can be quiet at home and enjoy my own time but also happy for a cuppa/shared meal or shared activity from time-to-time. I do most of my socialising out of the house but my girlfriend stays over sometimes (she's ridiculously friendly).

The house has a large bathroom, a well-equipped galley kitchen with eating area leading on to the garden. Additionally it has two living rooms - one is shown with TV, desk if needed and sofa. The other I'm in the process of doing up so won't be useable for a couple of months still. The small garden is an ongoing battle that I'm rarely winning but is still a peaceful place to chill in warmer months if you don't mind it a bit wild.

All bills included. The room is £650 a month and is available from beginning of January for any length between 3 and 10 months (potentially longer if we find we live really well together). I'd like to live with someone aged 25+ who is an honest and calm communicator and I'd prefer someone who doesn't work from home often.
