Rent is actually 540£ without bills (I just couldn’t put that as an option)
Me and my friend are looking for a person to rent the spare room we currently have, we both lead very busy lives with work and hobbies.
My friend works from home so usually in the living room from 9am till 5pm, living room can be shared during their working hours tho.
We both like to have some alone time but mostly looking for a friendly community oriented person.
I have very up and down work hours and my schedule changes quite often, Im home not long but when I am I like to have people over, so there will be guests and friends over.
I dont have any pictures yet since my friend is away and need them to take pictures of the room but will sort that out soon! ( it is the room with the boiler in so there will be some noise when the boiler is on)
