Sunny double room in BS5 available from March 🌟

Hi guys! We’ve got a large double room going in a lovely 3/4 bed house in Easton from the 23rd of March! Looking for a woman/queers/enbys etc to join. You’ll be living with Orlaghfay (22F) who runs a pub, and Gemma (24F) who works in retail and Rusty (8M) the three-legged cat in the pics.

It’s a super sunny large room that can come furnished with 2 clothes rails, a dresser, double bed frame, and desk! I’m happy to remove/partially remove the furniture as well if you’ve got some of your own :)

It’s not a party house tho, so looking for a tidy, respectful housemate who is keen for the occasional film night/dinner together.

The tenancy ends in November, but with the possibility to extend and rent is £700 plus bills (roughly 60 quid a month) ⭐️

There’s on street parking available outside, and the house is close to shops, pubs, cafes, and Stapleton Road station!
