Room available in Easton

Hello! I’m moving away from Bristol within the next couple weeks so I’m looking for someone to move into my room.

Rent is £600 per month, security deposit is £500. Rent includes all bills except electricity and gas, and a cleaner comes every couple weeks to clean communal areas.

There are 5 males and 1 female currently living in the house (all mid to late 20s). The local area has some nice pubs and cafes, and it’s a 10 minute walk to Stapleton Road train station.

It is a minimum 6 month tenancy. The property manager requires the tenant to be in full time employment, able to give previous landlord reference and employment reference, and be able to pass credit checks.

The tenancy is managed through COHO which provides perks like discounts on groceries, travel, cafes/restaurants, fashion, etc.
