Lovely room in friendly Easton flat!

Hi!
We have a spare room available mid march in our lovely Easton flat
The room is 500 a month with the council tax 70 (ish) a month and then bills shouldnt be too much now its getting warmer.
We are only taking working professionals so we can share the council tax
The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. (Ignore the table on its side, thats going when my housemate moves out)

You'd be living with myself (25) a nursery teacher and Sophia (20) who's studying music. We are looking for someone's who likes a clean and tidy shared space and a quiet peaceful house. We would like someone friendly who may want to watch a film in the evening now and again :))
We want to redecorate the house and make it really nice and homely so if you're arty or good at interior design then that would be amazing.
Your room is on the upstairs floor along with another bedroom.
We have got a dance pole that's going to be put up in the living room and I've just splurged on things to make the house a bit nicer so it will get even nicer soon!
