We have a lovely bedroom going from 1st April (flexible) in our cute 3-bed house in Easton!

Our current housemate lived here for 3 years & set up an environment & some systems which we’d like to continue.

Having a peaceful and alcohol&drug free home, good communication and equal distribution of labour are key aspects of this.

About the house:

We have a garden (no garden furniture right now but Holly is working on it) and an office that we share. The kitchen is cute and very little - very much an only 1 or 2 cooking at a time type affair.

The house is situated kind of between st marks Road and Greenbank, so a great location for pubs, cafes, green space (we are near the lovely cemetery), cycle lanes, etc. we have a private landlord who seems to be fairly sound.

About us:

Holly-
28 years old. Bit of a night owl but a quiet one. working from home most days, often out in eve with classes or friends. big into writing, art, community building & dance. In addiction recovery, 3+ years sober

Usha -
27. V early riser. Full-time, spends most evenings at dance classes or other activities. Up & about early most weekends, but loves to be home.

We're seeking someone

* clean, tidy & organised
* maybe a green thumb bcos we have a nice garden but 0 skills
* happy to be quiet weekday nights
* respectful and kind
* up for making a communal meal once a week (we currently have a veg box)

Rent £575 p/m
Veg box £22.36 p/m
Bills c.£130 (subject to increase)
