Ridiculously beautiful big flat available on a hybrid deal that will suit someone who primarily wants their own incredible space, at an affordable price.

Hey I’m Ross - and I live in overseas most of year, except summer - and the odd week. So I’m looking for someone to take my flat, which will be yours for at least 8 months a year and then live with me in summertime/the odd week I pop back.

Huge double room with en-suite, Greenbank location (right on cycle path), 4m high ceilings, balcony. Shared spaces furnished, room not. You can use my room (the second room) for short-term guests when I’m away.

Rent is on a lodgers agreement, 6-month minimum 1100/m plus bills (works out to around 1300/m all-in or 1400/m for a couple), living space furnished, but room unfurnished. Move in date ideally 1st-5th April 2026.

Looking for someone/couple long term ideally. Respectful, easy going, calm, clean, non-party/big drinker, but fun and vibey would be excellent!

I’m 39, from Yorkshire, run a health business abroad and come home to play gigs with my band in summer.
