Small Double Greenbank

Small but spacious room with a lot of storage available in BS5, Greenbank. Part furnished. There's a bed and a mattress, lots of shelves and a walk in cupboard. Happy to get a desk for you by the window if that's what you want. Lodger contract.

Sharing the house with me (live in landlord) I work away at festivals and various events so I won't be around a lot of the summer, I'm easy going, like to keep a tidy house. Into lots of different things.

And Jakub, loves country music, playing guitar and Muay Thai. Has a cockapoo who lives here with us. Works from home.

We both smoke so you have to be cool with that, we also train Muay Thai, and go to the pub every now and then. Sometimes more than other times.

Generally we like to lead a balanced lifestyle and we are both professionals.

We want someone who's chill and easy to get along with, we quite often cook meals, it's a fairly big house so lots of space to hang out.

Downsides to the house - no walk in shower. Just a bathtub. Apart from that it's a lush old Victorian on a quiet street.
