Due to a change in circumstance I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this room for the remaining 3 months and then hopefully continue the tenancy for the next year.
The current tenancy ends 24/07/2026 but I am looking to move out by 24/04/2026 - so there would be 3 months remaining on this tenancy. The tenancy would then be 12 months.
The room comes with a double bed, desk and chair, large wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The house has a modest kitchen, two toilets (upstairs bathroom with bath/shower and a downstairs toilet), a small conservatory room at the back of the house, a small patio garden at the front and there is a space to park a small car at the back of the property, or there is on-street parking nearby.
The house is quiet and respectful, the house is often quiet during the day while everyone is at work or uni but everyone is friendly and sociable.
Really good location, 15 minute walk to castle park, 5 minute walk to closest shop and bus stops.
Monthly bills:
Council tax band B - £42.20 each
Gas/electric, water and broadband - average around £60 each
I can be flexible with the move in date if needed.
