My planned housemate’s job has fallen through, and they’ve had to pull out. Move in date is 16th April.

It's a massive double room (4.5m x 4m) with a walk in closet space (2.5m x 2.2m).

Rent is £700 + bills, of course this is not just for the room, the whole house will be shared between us.
It's a spacey 2 bed house, right in the scruffy heart of it all.
- 20 minutes walk from Cabot in the centre.

- I’m very happy for the gym room to turn into a music room or art studio!
