Quiet, double room in Greenbank / Easton

Available 1st July to 31st August. Would ideally someone in their 30s or 40s. £600 all included.

A beautiful, big room available in Easton. This is an opportunity to live with a lovely housemate in a great location for July and August. It’s on a quiet street near the Greenbank pub and Stapleton Road station.

The room has a double-bed, desk + chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I would be leaving some of my books / other belongings in it.

In relation to the house share, as well as having your own room, the rest of the house has a living room / TV, newly fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, a lean to for bike storage, a little sun trap courtyard / garden. There is also a cat, called Frida, who is very cute.

Although this isn’t a party house, it’s sociable and we sometimes eat meals together and watch films.
This would suit someone who is a working professional. Please get in touch if you’re interested, I’ll be setting up some interviews later in April.

A £100 deposit would be needed to secure the room, which would be taken off your last month’s rent. We’ll also ask for a reference from your job or a previous job.
