There are two reception rooms and three bathrooms all furnished to a very high standard. There is also a walled garden for sunny breakfasts on the veranda and evening BBQ’s.

Our home is within 2 minutes of the Bristol-Bath cycle track so it’s only 20 mins by bike otherwise, with easy on-street parking, it’s 10 minutes by car or 25 mins by direct bus to Bristol city centre. Ideally located to junction 2 of the M32, UWE campus & the MOD, we are also only 10 minutes’ walk to local shops in Fishponds & Eastville park with beautiful walks along the river Frome valley.
