Looking for someone to take over my room from 1st June in a recently renovated house shared with two male professionals (both 28). They both work 9–5 Monday–Friday, so the house is typically pretty quiet during the week, but still sociable. Guests are welcome and the vibe is relaxed and friendly.

• Bills usually around £150
• Will come unfurnished
• The house also has an extra bedroom used as a storage room, which is a huge bonus

• Very well connected: Easton, Fishponds, Horfield, and the M32 all close by, city centre is also very easily accessible by bus or Stapleton Road train station, which is a 10/15 minute walk
• Eastville Park is at the end of the street
• Eastgate Shopping Centre just down the road
• Plenty of local shops and good bus routes

Tenancy details
• The house is rented through a letting agency
• The current housemates will be renewing the tenancy for another year
• You’ll need to go through the usual referencing checks and provide guarantors
• Deposit: £600 (one month’s rent)

Overall it’s a really solid house for the price and location, and the extra storage room makes a big difference, as does having a garden.
