Double bedroom in Lyde Green with Parking

Double bedroom available from 1st April in Lyde Green!

Room has king sized bed with drawers under, a triple wardrobe with mirror, desk, display table and bedside table. You would have primary access to the main bathroom as I have an ensuite, unless we have guests or I need to use the bath.

House has a double and single spare room which is used for guests. Nice garden and hot tub! Parking on drive available and on street. Garage can be used for storage. Walking distance to bus stop to city centre.

I have a cat and dog so being an animal lover is a must! I sometimes need help with them if I’m out for their meals or overnight. I also am a student midwife so work shifts, and would love for someone who works from home occasionally and doesn’t mind looking after them when I’m on shift. Obviously if not available I have my partner or pet sitters - it would just be a bonus. I can negotiate rent within reason as to how much you’d be home for the boys as this is a major plus. Also if you’re a student we wouldn’t pay council tax so I could lower rent!

Looking for someone clean and tidy, and friendly who doesn’t mind a chat about our day! Occasional dinners together would be lovely, don’t want us to be strangers!
