Room for rent in family friendly home

Hi there,
I have a large double room that has a king size bed, full size set of drawers, 55 smart tv and wardrobe for rent. Space for a desk and chair if required

I work from home most days Monday to Friday as a senior manager in the NHS. I am a registered mental health nurse.

I am very family orientated and see my adult children often including my favourite family member - my grandson!

I have a lovely garden with bbq and fire pit happy for you to use in warmer weather!

I have 2 small dogs both hyper allergenic which means they do not malt, a toy poodle and a Maltese! I’m afraid if they don’t like you it won’t work…it’s their home after all !

All bills are included. Smart tv you can use mine or your own Amazon prime and Netflix.

I go through stages of subscribing to Disney that you are welcome to use when I have it!

I have a large modern kitchen diner.
You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances, cutlery, etc or bring your own etc but I do ask you clean as you go and no leaving on the draining board or in your room as I don’t like dirty dishes hanging around haha

If anything is broken or damaged I just ask that it is replaced like for like.

I have a desk space if you need to use it at times.

I enjoy watching movies and you are welcome to use the front room anytime and join me or on your own when I’m not home..

I live next to vassals park with another large park down the road. I’m on the main route with multiple bus routes, easy access to M32 and close to Bristol City Centre. Within walking distance to both Frenchay and Blackberry Hill UWE campus! Close to Bristol Royal Infirmary and Southmead hospital.

Lots of lovely cafes, pubs, shops, super markets within walking distance.

I’m happy to offer a virtual tour or in person no problem.

I ask for two months notice when moving out.

I’m hoping to rent to someone who likes a clean tidy but lived in home. Has a good sense of humour. Not loud especially at night as I have work in the morning haha
