Double room in leafy house on Bath cycle path

I’m looking for a lovely chilled housemate to share my lush (work in progress) two bedroom house in Fishponds very near to Easton, Eastville Park, and on the green and leafy Bristol to Bath cycle path. The move in date can be flexible, let me know your situation / when you're looking to move?

It’s a really lovely two bed terraced house with a well equipped big kitchen, luscious garden with lots of herbs and plants and backing onto the cycle path, great for chilling / BBQs, and living room so we have plenty of space! Very near to big Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, and the cosy Star pub - all in all it's a really great spot! It’s super fast to cycle into town and the bus stop is 2 mins walk away.

The house is in the process of being decorated - are you okay with that?!? The bedroom will be fully finished by the time you move in of course! It's just getting decorated, no massive renovation works. The room’s not furnished yet so if you have your own stuff that’s all good, otherwise I’ll sort everything out. The fact that the house is being renovated is reflected in the rent, it might go up a tiny bit later.

I’m looking for someone at a similarly chilled stage of life as me lol. Ideally someone who has their stuff together, clean and tidy, active, not at home ALL the time, generally up for sharing the house and hanging out for a chat, meal, cup of tea, a drink, etc, to make it a nice environment for both of us.

I’m Hugo, a 34 year old male trainee landscape gardener / part time creative / odd job guy. I’m pretty healthy and active, love to grow fruit and veg on my St Werburgh’s allotment (plenty to share), cook, cycle, run, read, music, chat, country walks, foraging, drawing, creative projects, a beer / glass of wine, etc! Hopefully you have some similar or contrasting interests for us to talk about???
