The total cost with all bills included is £615 per month. I'm pretty flexible, so if for any reason you end up staying for a bit longer, we can always calculate a daily rate.

New-build apartment within a listed building exterior, a stone's throw away from Snuff MIlls and Stoke Park.

20 minute bike ride into the centre of town, mostly on the Bath/Bristol cycle path. The city is easily accessible, as are the pubs and shops on Fishponds Highstreet, while feeling like you are living on the edge of countryside. It only takes 3 minutes from the frontdoor to find yourself in the beautiful woods with a river flowing through it, in either Stoke Park Estate or Snuff Mills.
