Spacious double room for rent in Fishponds

The room is well lit, comes furnished and is spacious. You will share the public areas, kitchen and bathroom with us, as well as the garden with myself and my 8 year old son. The house is conveniently located close to shops, and with good bus links into town, and the Bristol to Bath railway path on our doorstep. The Star pub is very friendly and across the road from us. Eastville park is close by too and more green spaces like Barton fields. It is a quiet cul-de-sac street, with friendly neighbours.

We have shared with others before, and are considerate, friendly and easy going and due to how closely we will live together, having a good relationship is important. So we do not neccesarily want to share meals together (sometimes), but be friendly, respectful and accommodating to each other. I work from home mostly.

Ideally you will be a full-time student, or post grad student or professional. We will consider couples and animals, for the shorter term. For a couple the rent for the room will be £800.
