Medium room to let with McGowan investments ltd by Glenside campus and a good proximity to Frenchay (around 9mins on the bus), am moving out as I have found another place with my partner so wish to leave this tenancy. Great area, and suitable for students, bills are included in the rent and if you are studying you will be exempt from council tax once you have got a form from your university for the head office. Small garden out the back and very close to bus stops and shops. The bed is mine however for £60 I am happy to leave it there (bought for £90), if not the company will accommodate for your needs. Property management office is only a street across so any repairs or queries can be dealt with quickly.
