I am a creative, friendly, tidy, and respectful landlady (I have never used this word to describe myself but... I guess I am?), and I’m looking for a like-minded relaxed temporary housemate.

• Furnished room (bed, wardrobe, bookcase, ready to move in), but can also be unfurnished if you have your own stuff.
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space
• Communal back garden
• Secure bike storage
• £600 per month including all bills
• Free on-street parking
• Quiet residential street

Location:
• Just off Fishponds Road
• Plenty of local shops, cafés, and amenities
• Large parks nearby
• Very close to bus stops (around 20 minutes by bus to the city centre)

Ideal housemate:
• Tidy and considerate
• Non-smoker
• Professional aged 30+
• Looking to rent for a maximum of 2 months from 1st March
